  • All of our prints are handcrafted to order. While shipping can take as long as 10-30 business days, many orders are produced, shipped, and delivered in as little as 2 business days, depending on your location and order volume.

    Standard shipping times:

    • USA: 2–5 business days
    • Canada: 10–30 business days
    • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
    • Regional & remote locations: Please allow extra time
    • Peak periods (e.g. Christmas): Expect potential delays

    We appreciate your patience as we ensure each print is made and delivered with care.

  • Each print is custom-made to order, which means we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

    However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at iouriivolkov@gmail.com (two i’s, that’s not a typo) within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • Currently our prints are unframed.
